Payments

We accept the following methods of payment on this site:

By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you have authorized us to use and access the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to bill the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe that your payment has violated a law or one of our terms of use, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.

Cancellations and refunds

Sessions, training, programs, coaching, events.
Services will be invoiced in full when the service is ordered.
Session, coaching, program and workshop packages for customers of all ages can be refunded up to 50% 7 days before the start of the said session, training, coaching, program or workshop package. They can be refunded 25% within 48 hours of the first workshop, session or meeting. No refunds will be made more than 10 days after purchase. No refunds will be made after the second workshop, session or meeting.

On-site

Sessions, Trainings, Retreats, Workshops or other events
Services will be invoiced in full when the service is ordered.
These types of services are refundable if requested within 72 hours of the event start time. The refund will be calculated as follows:
Purchase price minus the proportion of the applicant’s commitment costs (venue rental, food, subcontracting service fees, bank charges, marketing and administrative costs, purchase of materials, etc.).
No refunds will be made for sessions, retreats, workshops or events. You may, however, find someone to take your place in order to resell your ticket. You must also inform us that the transaction between you and the buyer has been completed.

Subscriptions

All our recurring subscriptions will be automatically billed and renewed until we receive confirmation in our system or from your customer area that you wish to cancel the subscription.
If you wish to cancel your subscriptions, please follow these steps:
-Log in to your customer account;
-Cancel the subscription in question.

No refunds of subscriptions are possible after you have received the necessary information by e-mail or text message to access video replays or other educational material. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before being charged the next recurring payment.

Goods (Downloads)

No refunds are possible once the item has been accessed online.
