What to bring?

• Reusable water bottle;
• Comfortable linen;
• Notebook and pencil for integration;
• Yoga mats (there are a few for those who forget);
• Eye patch (optional);
• Your favorite breathwork blanket (the effect of being cold is very common);
• Eye cover (optional for a more immersive experience).

Places are limited to 15 people per workshop only

• Early bird: $39 (4 tickets available)
• Regular: $44

• Tickets are neither refundable nor transferable to another event, but are transferable between people.

• You can attend both workshops, or just one. The first workshop is not a prerequisite for the second (but ideally yes, for a better overall understanding).
