Breathwork of 60 mins. Replay of Thursday, June th 2025.
Meeting Yourself, with Grace
This session is an invitation to slow down… and to meet the parts of yourself you might still reject: shame, regrets, the feeling of having failed.
Here, there is no judgment. Only the gentle space of the breath.
We will breathe with these emotions that tighten the throat or freeze the belly—not to change them, but to welcome them exactly as they are.
Because every sensation, even the uncomfortable ones, carries within it a call for reconciliation.
Through this exploration, you may begin to develop a new sense of equanimity—a deep inner peace that does not depend on your past, or on what you should have done differently.
A peace that honors you, in your full humanity.
Grace is not the absence of pain.
It is the ability to love what is present, even when it feels uncomfortable.
