Program 03 | Inner child & Watercolor for kids of ages 7 to 11

Description

During the 8 Zoom online workshops, your children will have the opportunity to discover how to visit their inner child, understand its purpose and discuss with it.

The first workshop will focus mainly on a few watercolour techniques, as well as breathing to encourage better meditations for the following workshops.
The next seven will be a journey with their inner child.

Art therapy or quantum watercolor will help them to alleviate the wounds they have already accumulated and pave their way to a more harmonious development.

The main objectives of this Level 01 are to understand and define who their inner child is, why his role is so predominant in their spiritual development, why he is wounded and how to heal him by communicating with him through meditation discussions and the creation of their quantum watercolor painting.

School equipment

• Several watercolor colors;

• Brushes of various sizes;

• Watercolour paper (the bigger, the better, because it’s easier to play with);

• Water pots;

• Ice cube tray or other to play with colors;

• Educational material in pdf format provided for printing.
