Charlotte Nieuwenhuis

Charlotte is dedicated to healing and regeneration, whether for individuals, communities or the Earth itself. After years of traveling across four continents, she immersed herself in the ancestral traditions of the peoples I met. These experiences have enabled her to understand just how essential our connection to nature is, and how disconnection from our ancestral roots has led to many ecological and human tragedies. Her “why” is to restore this sacred connection between humans and nature, as she deeply believes that regeneration can only be achieved through reconciliation with our spiritual and natural heritage. By bringing together ancestral knowledge with modern practices, she builds a bridge between tradition and contemporary science. Through her collaborations with indigenous communities, her commitment to soil and forest regeneration, and the workshops she runs, she not only passes on knowledge, but also creates experiences that touch the heart and transform consciousness. Her approach is both intimate and holistic, rooted in ancient wisdom, yet focused on a more harmonious future that respects nature. During this workshop, she invites you to reconnect with your heart through cocoa medicine, supporting the inner journey and connection to our true selves. After this ceremony, to feel more in tune with your heart, you’ll plunge into a mystical and grounding journey with breathwork guide Francis Dostie.

Francis Dostie

Francis ‘ mission is to reconnect each individual, child or adult, with their inner child. Using fun, natural and professional breathing techniques, I help relax your nervous system to reduce performance anxiety and offer you a space for “reparenting” yourself. All this, without resorting to medication or endless coaching or therapy… Francis is currently completing a second 400-hour breathwork training course while mentoring the Alchemy of Breath training.

This workshop is an opportunity for participants to plunge into their inner being to find themselves and reconnect with their true life path in a sacred and caring space.
