A certified breathwork practitioner (800h, Alchemy of Breath), Francis created the Human Entrepreneurs Club as well as the Breath to Clarity™ method he helps entrepreneurs and their families reduce performance anxiety and regain emotional and mental stability. His mission: to release the clarity and creativity buried beneath stress, without medication or endless therapy, simply through the breath.

Schedule

10 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Outdoor chore (bring weather-appropriate clothing)
1 p.m. to 2 p.m.: Lunch and relaxation time
2 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Conscious and connected breathwork workshop
4 p.m. → optional evening: (Dinner and sharing time, Music, guitar, campfire)

What to bring?

• Weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor work
• Reusable water bottle;
• Comfortable linen;
• Notebook and pencil;
• Yoga mat;
• Your favorite breathwork blanket (the cold effect is very common);
• Eye cover (optional for a more immersive experience).

Places limited to 12 contractors only

• Participation is on a voluntary basis (not required) for the meal and breathwork, and is above all an exchange of services, hearts and mutual help.
• Free registration is required. If you are unable to attend, please contact the organization as soon as possible to make room for another contractor.

• The event is free of all forms of consumption, including alcohol.
